Our Flavia machine in the showroom looked tired and I decided to replace it. Being new to my role here I was unaware of the process/costs to replace the machine. I contacted your company and Rebekah was very helpful, she supplied me with all the relevant information for the monthly payments which I authorised and returned. Rebekah kept me updated on the delivery and had an engineer fit the new machine. She then even arranged the old machine to be collected. A hassle free process which a very busy man like myself appreciates.

I would like to commend Kafevend on the outstanding service we have received over the last few years.

We use Kafevend as a supplier of drinks and coffee machines for our 15 Business Centres across the south of the UK, and pride ourselves on our customer service. Mark has always made sure that he provides us with outstanding service, which means that we can then provide this to our clients. Everything has always run smoothly, and working with Mark makes our lives a lot easier. If we ever encounter a problem, Mark and the team will have it resolved in record time, however it is the rarest of occasions that we have a problem.

Everyone in your company that we have spoken to has been polite, friendly and very helpful. We are always looking for new ways to work together in business and I look forward to seeing how we can further this in the future. I have to say overall that the service is first class, if only all of our suppliers were as helpful and friendly as Kafevend.

I would just like to take this opportunity to praise your employee David Hirst, I believe he goes that extra mile when it comes to giving good service and it seems in these times we as a society are always ready to criticise and rarely give praise when it is definitely needed. He is a credit to your company.

“Absolutely Brilliant!!  All the machines were done together, the old one’s were taken away and the engineer said to leave it all to him and he swapped all the drinks and there was no mess. He was fantastic!!”
